RESEARCH INTERESTS

My current research focuses on synthetic organic, medicinal, and nucleotide chemistry, particularly the design and synthesis of bioactive molecules and nucleoside analogs. I am interested in developing chemically modified nucleotides such as Nucleotide Reversible Terminators (NRTs) and in studying enzyme inhibition mechanisms, including N-myristoyltransferase (NMT) inhibitors. My work integrates computational and experimental approaches to explore structure–activity relationships and support drug discovery innovation.
