RESEARCH INTERESTS

My research interests are design, synthesis and biological activity of photochromic molecules that will be used for labelling of endogenous kinases, as well as control of the kinase activity in a light-controlled manner. The results of these studies could provide new insights in signal transduction, hence giving rise to the identification of new therapeutic targets.
